4 Home Remedies for Bacterial Vaginosis

Bacterial vaginos (BV) is a common form of vaginal infection. While it is thought that having multiple sex partners and douching may contribute to the frequency of BV infections, there is really no known cause of this condition. Bacterial vaginosis is not dangerous, but it can cause disturbing symptoms. BV is characterized by itching, sometimes painful urination, vaginal discharges, and a fishy vaginal odor. If you are suffering from bacterial vaginosis, these home remedies may provide relief.

1) Garlic

It should come as no surprise then that many women have reported great success in treating the bacterial vaginosis with garlic. Garlic has been renowned for thousands of years for its natural healing powers. To use garlic for treating BV, you can either use fresh garlic or garlic capsules. If you use fresh garlic, simply peel a close, pierce it a few times with a fork to release the healing juices and inserted directly into the vagina. After a few days, it will be expelled naturally on its own. Although one treatment will often do the trick, you can certainly repeat if necessary.

2) Hydrogen peroxide

Douching with a diluted solution of hydrogen peroxide is a popular home remedy for BV. There have been many studies on this, and it has been found to have similar results to an antibiotic cream at a fraction of the price.

2) Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is especially good for vaginal odor. Using tea tree oil aids in fighting bacteria in the vagina. This method of relief involves a diluted suppository and should not be attempted without proper instructions. Drinking tea tree oil is a very bad idea, but if used in the correct manner it is a proven method to fight BV.

3) Yogurt

Many women have had success fighting off BV by eating Yogurt or applying it directly to the vagina. This works because yogurt contains lactobacillus acidophilus. This is "good bacteria" and can help restore the imbalance that caused the infection in the first place.

By using natural remedies, you can safely restore the stability of the floral balance in the vaginal area and get free from the embarrassing symptoms for good even if you are a long term sufferer. Everyone is different, so if one remedy doesn't seem to work for you, another may do the trick. No woman should have to suffer from repeated bouts of bacterial vaginosis.

STOP taking harsh, expensive, side-effect-laden prescription drugs for BV that often don't even work. To discover how thousands of women worldwide have successfully cured their bacterial vaginosis safely, inexpensively, and 100% naturally in just three days and kept it from ever returning again, click here!

Leading Geneticist: Human Intelligence Is Slowly Declining

A leading geneticist believes that human intelligence is slowly declining. Mike Barrett suggests three reasons why.
Would you be surprised to hear that the human race is slowly becoming dumber, and dumber? Despite our advancements over the last tens or even hundreds of years, some ‘experts’ believe that humans are losing cognitive capabilities and becoming more emotionally unstable. One Stanford University researcher and geneticist, Dr. Gerald Crabtree, believes that our intellectual decline as a race has much to do with adverse genetic mutations. But human intelligence is suffering for other reasons as well.

According to Crabtree, our cognitive and emotional capabilities are fueled and determined by the combined effort of thousands of genes. If a mutation occurred in any of of these genes, which is quite likely, then intelligence or emotional stability can be negatively impacted. Read more

Bacterial Vaginosis: What Are the Causes?

Is bacterial vaginosis (BV) making your life miserable? You are not alone. About 1 in 3 women have BV at some point in their lives, Having BV does not imply that you are involved in unusual sexual activities or that you are not clean. Any woman is potentially at risk for BV. Women's bodies have to deal with stress, chemical imbalances, and hormonal changes. Giving birth adds additional stress to our bodies and compromises our immune system.

Bacterial vaginosis occurs when there is a change in the natural balance of bacteria in your vagina. Your vagina should contain bacteria called lactobacilli. These bacteria produce lactic acid. This makes the vagina slightly acidic, which prevents other bacteria from growing there. However, if you have BV, you have less lactobacilli, which means your vagina is not as acidic as it should be. This allows other types of bacteria to grow.

Although it is unclear what causes the change in the balance of bacteria in the vagina, the risk increases if you:
  • have a new sexual partner
  • have multiple sexual partners
  • use an intrauterine device (IUD), a contraceptive device that fits inside the womb
  • are pregnant
  • have previously been infected with the human papilloma virus (HPV)
  • use vaginal deodorant
  • wash or clean out your vagina with water or other fluids
  • use strong detergents to wash your underwear
  • use scented soaps or bubble bath
  • put antiseptic liquids in the bath
It is not clear whether BV is a sexually transmitted infection (STI) as there is conflicting evidence on the issue. Many experts think that sexual activity plays a role in BV, but other factors are probably also responsible for the condition. It may also be possible that an initial episode of BV is caused by some type of sexual infection, but further episodes are caused by other factors.

STOP taking harsh, expensive, side-effect-laden prescription drugs for BV that often don't even work. To discover how thousands of women worldwide have successfully cured their bacterial vaginosis safely, inexpensively, and 100% naturally in just three days and kept it from ever returning again, click here!

Natural Breast Enlargement: Three Ways That Really Work

Breasts are a symbol of femininity. Both men and women admire beautiful breasts. That is why breast augmentation surgery has become the second most popular cosmetic surgery procedure. This surgical procedure is expensive, however, and has potential risks, just as any surgery does. Many women who want enhance their breasts without surgery have turned to natural breast enlargement instead. Three methods in particular have a proven record of success.

Hypnosis

Your beliefs about your body affect your cells. A change in beliefs can create physical changes in our bodies. You can create change in the size of your breasts, or anything else for that matter, by thinking about the outcome you desire. The belief that your subconscious mind holds can allow your breasts to increase in size and reach their full potential. Hypnosis is by far the easiest way to enhance your bustline.

Breast massage

Breast massage increases the flow of blood in the chest area, helps remove toxins, and stimulates breast growth. It apparently originated in Asia. In Thailand the government endorsed the practice of breast slapping to stimulate breast growth. An accidental confirmation that this method works occurred when 74 percent of male soldiers in a German guards battalion complained of growing breasts on one side of their bodies. It was a result of how the soldiers were performing their rifle drills. If accidentally stimulating the chest grows breasts in men, think how much more effective correctly performed breast massage is for women.

Herbs

Herbs have a long history of use to stimulate breast growth. Below are four of the most effective breast-enlarging herbs. Each of these plants is also known to have additional medicinal properties.
  • Fennel: This herb has been used to increase breast size, promote milk production in breastfeeding mothers, treat amenorrhea (absence of a menstrual cycle), and lack of sexual desire in women.
  • Fenugreek: Fenugreek seeds have been shown to increase bust size, relieve the symptoms of menopause, and increase milk production in nursing mothers.
  • Saw Palmetto: Saw palmetto is best known as a natural treatment for prostate enlargement and impotence in men, but it is also used to increase a woman’s bust size and libido. Native Americans used saw palmetto berries for food and to treat breast disorders in women.
  • Wild Yam: This plant increases breast size and is also known for its benefits to a woman’s reproductive system, including alleviating premenstrual and menopausal symptoms.
Breast augmentation surgery has one distinct advantage over natural breast enhancement: It's quick. Go under the knife, and presto! You have a bigger bust. Natural breast enlargement takes some time and effort. On the other hand, it's cheap, safer, and your bigger breasts are all natural. Using one or more of the above methods can give you the feminine figure that you've always wanted.

If you've ever felt self conscious about the size of your breasts, you are not alone. To find out about the natural breast enlargement methods that can increase your breast size by up to two cups, naturally and without surgery, click here!
